Diploma

The competition offers the following prizes:

FIRST Andrés Segovia PRIZE

Awarded 9,000 (nine thousand) euros , a top model guitar, from the guitar maker Luis Santiago Hernández, son, disciple and collaborator of Paco Santiago Marín, and the participation in the International Festival of Music and Dance in Granada in 2013.

SECOND Andrés Segovia PRIZE

Awarded 4,000 (four thousand) euros, a romantic guitar, a copy of that belonging to José Pernas (Granada, 1838), from the musicologist and guitar maker Aarón García Ruiz, and the participation in the International Festival of Music and Dance in Ubeda in 2013.

THIRD Andrés Segovia PRIZE

Awarded 2,000 (two euros.

SPECIAL Leo Brouwer PRIZE

Awarded 700 (seven hundred) euros for the best interpretation of the works of free choice of the Second Round.

YOUNG MUSICIANS OF ALMUÑÉCAR PRIZE

Como estímulo al o a la guitarrista más joven que supere la primera fase eliminatoria

To encourage the youngest guitarist who passes the first qualifying round. The rest of the participants in the Third Round will receive a Finalist's Diploma and all the participants who have passed the First Round will be provided free accommodation until the end of the Competition in the Palacete del Corregidor by the Town Hall of La Herradura of Almuñécar Town Council.
